Tallyy is built local-first. Your invoices, clients, and company details stay on your device. This policy explains the limited data we process to make Tallyy work.
Everything you create in Tallyy — your invoices, line items, client records, and your company details (name, address, logo, payment info) — is stored only on your iPhone. We never receive a copy of your invoice content or your clients' information.
To manage your free invoices and your purchased credits, our servers hold a minimal, content-free record:
We do not store your name, email address, invoice content, or any client data on our servers.
When you use "Describe it," the short note you type is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can draft your invoice. That note is used only to generate the draft and is not retained by us. Do not include information in the note that you would not want processed to write the invoice.
All purchases are handled by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Tallyy never sees or stores your payment card details — Apple processes the transaction and shares only what's needed to confirm your credit purchase.
Tallyy contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account & all data inside the app. This clears your on-device data and removes your anonymous server record. For any questions, contact [email protected].
