NYRAI LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tallyy on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Your first 3 invoices are free. After that, invoice credits are sold as a one-time, consumable in-app purchase — a $9.99 pack of 30 credits, where 1 finished invoice = 1 credit. Credits never expire and are not a subscription; nothing auto-renews. As a consumable purchase, credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's refund policies. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The "Describe it" feature uses AI to draft invoices and is provided on an "as available" basis on supported devices. AI-generated drafts may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing every invoice for accuracy — amounts, taxes, dates, and client details — before you send it. Tallyy is a drafting tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You are responsible for the invoices you create and send and for having the right to bill the recipients. Do not use Tallyy for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
Tallyy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
